Established by Doreen Donaldson as a family owned small weight training gym in August of 1991, the business has continued to grow under the current owners, Dan and Christi Donaldson.  Today the fitness center occupies an 8500 sq ft state of the art facility.

 

Whether you're a fan of cardio or weights, Titan Fitness Center can provide you with a variety of options to help you meet your fitness goals.   Titan Fitness does not have contracts, monthly dues include use of the cardio and weight equipment as well as any of our scheduled aerobic classes which includes SilverSneakers Classic, Circuit and Yoga, Zumba, Spin, Kickboxing, Stretch and Tone, Strong and Power Sculpt.  Personal training and Power Plate training are available for an additional fee.   We offer both SilverSneaker and Silver n Fit programs.  Contact us to see if you qualify for a free membership under either of these programs.
